Honda hikes prices again for Amaze, City and Elevate models

In a surprising move just three months after the previous increase, Honda Cars India is set to raise prices again for its Amaze, City and Elevate models starting in April. The exact amount of the hike remains undisclosed, but details are expected soon.

Current Pricing and Past Increases

As of now, the Amaze (Honda’s most affordable offering) starts at Rs 7.16 lakh, the Elevate starts at Rs 11.58 lakh, and the City starts at Rs 11.71 lakh. The City e:HEV hybrid variant is priced from Rs 18.89 lakh. In January, Honda had already increased the price of all City variants by Rs 8,000, while the base variant of Elevate saw a steeper hike of Rs 58,000. Other Elevate variants went up by Rs 20,000 each.

Discounts Available Before Price Rise

For those interested in purchasing a Honda before the price hike hits, there are currently significant discounts available this month (March). The Amaze comes with a discount of Rs 90,000, the Elevate can be purchased for Rs 50,000 less, and the City offers savings of up to Rs 1.19 lakh.
